I'm Rahul Choudhury, a CSPO®-certified Product Consultant based in Bengaluru. I work at Hubler, designing enterprise-grade no-code solutions across retail, finance, franchise, and operations domains.
My journey started with founding two startups — Hids Technologies (AR/VR solutions) and INXT (digital products) — which gave me firsthand experience owning every layer of a product, from vision to delivery.
Today, I combine that founder mentality with enterprise rigor. I also serve as PM at Jigyasu, an EdTech startup building science learning products for schools, and take on freelance work in web development and workflow automations.

Designed and delivered multi-tenant enterprise solutions across franchise management, BBPS, retail cloud, lease, and procurement — powering complex operations for large-scale businesses.
Challenge
Fragmented operations across retail and franchise models requiring custom engineering for every client need.
What I Did
Built 200+ configurable workflows, owned bi-directional integrations with Oracle & Zoho, and managed end-to-end delivery from PRDs to post-production.
Impact
10+ enterprise products shipped. Scaled a retail platform from 10 to 900+ users. Reduced dependency on custom engineering.
AI Agentic System & Enterprise OMS
Contributing PM on Hubler's AI Agentic system while simultaneously building an intelligent Order Management System for enterprise clients with AI-powered SKU matching.
Challenge
Manual order processing across extreme format diversity — structured PDFs, bilingual Arabic-English LPOs, handwritten scans, and multi-currency (AED, SAR, USD).
What I Did
Defined agent workflows and enterprise use cases. Built AI SKU matching system, designed Quote-to-Cash workflows, and created a WhatsApp order placement bot.
Impact
Live AI system serving enterprise clients in FMCG and food processing. Automated order extraction across diverse document formats.
Jigyasu — Science EdTech ERP
Building a comprehensive internal operations tool for a science education company that sells experiment kits to schools (Grades 6–12), managing 600+ experiment activities.
Challenge
A small team managing complex operations — inventory, orders, CRM, production, and content — across 600+ science activities without structured tooling.
What I Did
Designed the full ERP architecture: Master Data, Operations, CRM, Production, and Dashboards. Built on React/Supabase with a modular, role-based system.
Impact
Comprehensive ERP covering the full product lifecycle — from activity management to school sales and instructor scheduling.
Hids Technologies — AR/VR Products
Founded and led development of AR/VR/MR solutions with primary ownership of a VR-based interior design product — from concept to market.
Challenge
Building an immersive product from zero in an emerging technology space with limited market validation and technical resources.
What I Did
Owned product vision and delivery. Translated business ideas into execution plans, established quality standards, and drove continuous iteration.
